Hey!! My name is Helen Holding, i have been dancing for 15 years doing a variety of all sorts of styles. I especially love contemporary and jazz. I was part of Morgan high school dance team for 3 years. We took 2 state and region championships and placed top 10 at the national high school cheerleading championship! I have learned routines from the BYU courgarettes that have won multiple awards and championships. I have danced at multiple places over the years and have trained under professionals from DWTS and SYTYCD. I trained with MGDC for 5 years of my career before i became a teacher!! I’m currently in school studying my social work major. I’m super happy to be part of the MGDC team!!
